DEPOSIT:
If you are a new client, a client who has not been seen with a pet with us in the past two years, or have previously missed an appointment without giving us adequate notice, we require a $75 deposit that will be credited to your account and used the day of the visit. You only lose the deposit if you don’t show up or fail to reschedule the appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
