I have been a client since well before Dr. Kocher took over the clinic from Dr. Wagner, and have always felt that their care of my pups has been above and beyond, with grace and understanding. All options of treatment are put before you, and are explained in detail before proceeding. They've always been great about patiently dealing all of my inane dog-mom worries and queries. My only wish would be to have perhaps one evening a week of extended clinic hours, as any e-vets are a good way from Oak Cliff. Otherwise, I plan to continue to use their services, and would continue to do so even if another vet clinic opened nearby. Trust is difficult to truly earn, and they have definitely earned mine.
